Terminology Configurable
It is now possible for all risk field labels to be set to meet your requirements. Previously it was only possible to set the labels for the title field and the description field. Please raise a support ticket to discuss any changes you wish to make.
Icon link to website for IOS devices
When you bookmark a link to your RAP website on an IOS device the icon will now be the RAP logo.
Action notification title to show action description
The wording of all types of notification can be configured to suit your requirements. It is now possible to include the description of an action within any of the types of action notification.
Help centre integration
A link to our help centre is now available from within the application. Go to the user menu at the top right of the page and select 'Help'.
