Confidential risks

You may want to include a risk that has particular sensitivity or is better restricted to only those managing the risk (and associated actions).   A risk which is marked 'confidential' may only be seen by those with a specific role on it i.e. it's author, owner or any of the people with an action (mitigators).

Only Authors can mark a risk as confidential

Confidential risks will not be included in reports run by users unless there are an author, or owner of that risk or associated actions
