Risk fields and their descriptions

Field	Mandatory	Description
Organisation Unit	Mandatory	A node of the organisation hierarchy indicating where the risk is applicable.  Defaults to the currently selected unit.
Title	Mandatory	This field must be completed.
Author	Mandatory	Pre-filled with the login name. Not changeable.
Owner	Optional	A pick-list field which shows all the people who have at least 'owner' access to the organisation unit selected.
Raised	Mandatory	Current date is pre-filled.
Keywords	Optional	This field my only be entered or amended using the keywords pop-up which is accessed by clicking the '...' button at the end of the field.  The list of keywords shown will be those which are applicable to the organisation unit selected.
Confidential	Optional	Used to mark the risk as confidential.
Closed	Optional	Indicates that the risk is no longer applicable.
Type	Mandatory	Defaults to 'Risk'.
Description of Threat	Mandatory	This field must be completed.
