User fields

Field	Mandatory	Description
First Name & Surname	Mandatory	Used on pick lists with the surname first.
Company/Department	Mandatory	The company/department in which the person works.
Email Address	Optional	Should always be present so that people can be notified when an risks/issue is raised against them.
Email Notification Level	Optional
Active	Optional	Enables or disables the user account.  If cleared the user will not be able to log in or be assigned to risks/issues or actions.
Login Name	Optional	Must be unique.
Password	Optional
Confirm Password	Optional
Access List	Optional	Shows which organisation units a person has access to and at what level.  Updates to this list will ripple down.  Access to a particular node cannot be set to a lower level than it's parent node.  Explicitly set levels are shown in bold, inherited levels are shown in plain text.
