Organisation Unit Fields

Field	Mandatory	Description
Name		Appears on pick-lists.  Only needs to be unique within it's parent.
Raise Risks		Determines whether risks/issues may be raised against this organisation unit.  When changed you will be asked whether this changed should be rippled down to all lower organisation units.
Assign People		Determines whether people may be assigned to this organisation unit.
Third Party		Determines whether this organisation unit appears on the delivery partner pick list.  If set, all lower organisation units will also be marked as third party.
Code		Used to pre-fix the name.  This has the effect of putting a list of organisation units in code order instead of name order.
Parent		Determines where in the hierarchy the organisation unit appears.
Grouping		Used to group organisation units across the hierarchy.
Manager		Determines whose responsibility list risks/issues appear on.
Administrator		Each organisation unit may have an administrator.  This allows administration duties to be devolved throughout the organisation.
Project Phase		The project's current phase.
Project Value		May have a preceding pound sign and/or trailing 'k' indicating thousands, or an 'm' indicating millions.

The list of groupings for the pick list on the details tab.

May be set at any level of the hierarchy.

Project Phases Tab

The list of project phases for the pick list on the details tab.

May be set at any level of the hierarchy.

Keywords Tab

Any keywords entered against an organisation unit will be applicable to any lower organisation units.

Access List Tab

Shows a read-only list of which users have access and at what level.
